June 2017- Creating our school herb garden: With help from some generous community donations, Class 4 created this incredible herb garden.

December 2017- Christmas Handprint Plates. Our children created beautiful handcrafted Christmas plates for their family and friends to purchase.

March 2018- Abode Dream Home design Competition-Well done to all of our pupils that entered Abode Dream Home Design Competition but a special well done to:

- Joe on his 2^nd place

- Bea on her 1^st place

-Harvey C on his 2^nd place

We look forward to seeing Bea’s design on a sale board this week!

June 2018- Doveridge Village Scarecrow Competition. Class 1 created a well dressing and Nursery Rhyme themed scarecrows for the village Scarecrow competition. We were thrilled to come 2^nd place!

November 2018- Grove Property Solutions Competition

A huge well done to Isabel for winning the Grove Property Design competition.

“We caught up with the winner tonight and she was over the moon she won. She told me she has never won anything before”

April 2019- Robeco Sculpture Competition

A huge well done to all those pupils who entered the Robeco Sculpture competition, there were some incredible entries. A huge well done to Poppy H for her winning entry of ‘Fish and Plastic for dinner please!’

February 2020- Artsmark Creative Arts Day. We are really looking forward to celebrating our prestigious Silver Artsmark award with a Creative Arts Day on March 31^st 2020. A huge thank you to Kayleigh at Uttoxeter School of Dance, Nicky at NK Clay, Derby University, Mr Loch, Mr Maxwell-King and Sophie Jones (an ex pupil) who have all agreed to be part of this very special day.

March 2020- COVID 19 Rainbow of Hope

I huge well done to all those key worker children for creating such a beautiful ‘Rainbow of Hope’ display for all of Doveridge to enjoy.

October 2020- Doveridge Spook Trail. A huge well done to Class 1 for creating a super Incy Wincy Scarecrow display for the Village Spook Trail competition.

December 2020- Doveridge Quizmas Light Trail. What a superb ‘Santa’s Reindeer’ display from all of our pupils. The children have worked incredibly hard to develop their printing skills over the last few weeks and look at what they have achieved! Amazing!

May 2021- Royal Mail Heroes Stamp Design Competition

A big well done to all of you who took part in the Royal Mail Heroes Stamp competition.

December 2021- Doveridge Quizmas Light trail- What a super job Class 1 have done with creating these two rag wreaths to adorn our reindeers entered into this year’s Quizmas Light Trail.

December 2021- WI Christmas Tree Festival

A lot of hard work and dedication from all our pupils went into creating this beautiful Christmas tree display at this year’s WI Christmas Tree Festival. The children have been developing a variety of textiles skills to create some beautiful adorned stockings.

April 2022- Abode Dream Home Competition. A huge well done to all the pupils that entered the Abode Dream Home Competition and a special mention to Toby W for 3^rd prize in the Ashbourne Area, Riley for 2^nd prize in the Ashbourne Area and Amelia for 1^st prize in the Ashbourne Area. It’s incredible to see Amelia’s design on a sale board in the local town.
